A team of compassionate physicians and researchers dedicated to improving the health outcomes of the community, by establishing a medical cannabis educational and research centre to develop safe practice recommendations for medical cannabis use, to create understanding, and to enhance knowledge for healthcare providers, patients, and the general public. We take a neutral stance to medical cannabis and present only evidence-based medicine and clinical experience.
"We are a collaborative team of physicians and researchers focused in educating in the risks and benefits of cannabis use."
KannaVolve was born from the lack in medical cannabis research, educational resources and support systems for patients, healthcare providers, and the general public. Given the Canadian legalization of recreational cannabis occurring in October 2018, there is an urgent need to provide informational seminars to everyone. Education and research are the fundamental keys to understanding efficacy, the social and economic impact, safety and harm of cannabis use. Therefore, our goal is to educate the community on the different aspects of cannabis facts, efficacy, use, safety, and implications to create awareness, understanding and to support to individuals.
